Equality Begins With Us

This month our volunteers gathered in five districts to listen — to teachers, parents, and young people — about what equality looks like in their own communities.

From classrooms to courtyards, the message was consistent: lasting change begins with how we treat each other every day, not just in headlines.

We're channeling those conversations into our next round of workshops and a community charter to be published later this year.
